Bookings and customer service

We process the name, phone number, date, time, party size and comment you provide to handle your request and contact you. This is necessary to take steps at your request before providing the service. Required fields are needed to manage the booking. Do not enter medical details in the comment.

Requests are removed from the booking database once their date is more than 90 days old, during the next booking maintenance operation. Information needed for legal obligations or claims may be retained separately for the applicable period. Making a booking does not subscribe you to marketing.

WhatsApp orders

The bag temporarily stores only dish identifiers and quantities in this browser tab. Contact and delivery details are used to prepare the message and are not saved as orders on this website. When you open and send the message on WhatsApp, that service’s terms also apply.

Providers and external services

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage. Authorised restaurant staff can access requests to manage them. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google may process data when you use their links.

Cookies and technical storage

This website does not include its own advertising or analytics tools. It uses session storage for the bag and technical cookies for sign-in sessions. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms needed for security and access. Embedded maps and social widgets are not loaded: links open only when clicked. If technologies requiring consent are added, consent will be requested before they are activated.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent by writing to taiyosushisevilla@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
